CONFIDENCE -Believe In Yourselve

Confidence has a common meaning of a certainty about handling something, such as work, family, social events, or relationships. Some have described confidence as a state of being certain either that a hypothesis or prediction is correct or that a chosen course of action is the best or most effective. Self - Confidence is having confidence in one's self. Arrogance   in this comparison is having unmerited confidence – believing something or someone is capable or correct when they are not. Overconfidence or rudeness is excessive belief in someone (or something) succeeding, without any regard for failure. Confidence can be a  self -fulling insight  as those without it may fail or not try because they lack it and those with it may succeed because they have it rather than because of an innate ability. Taken to an extreme, over-confidence can cause problems.

Confidence is not something that can be learned like a set of rules, confidence is a state of mind. Positive thinking, practice, training, knowledge and talking to other people are all useful ways to help improve or boost your confidence levels. Confidence comes from feelings of well-being, acceptance of your body and mind (self-esteem) and belief in your own ability, skills and experience.

Low-confidence can be a result of many factors including fear of the unknown, criticism, being unhappy with personal appearance (self-esteem), feeling unprepared, poor time-management, lack of knowledge and previous failures.
Confidence is not a static measure, our confidence to perform roles and tasks can increase and decrease; some days we may feel more confident than others.
The effects of working out on your confidence are so overwhelming that it can't be understated. When you exercise, your body releases a cocktail of endorphins that make you feel pretty good as is. When you're done, you have tangible proof that you've done something constructive and everything in your body is programmed to second that response. If you keep at it long-term, the results of a healthier body become more and more visible.
Low Confidence sometimes we see in relationship also. Developing your sense of self-confidence in a relationship may be difficult if you have a low sense of self-esteem or have been hurt in previous relationships. However, a healthy sense of self-confidence will not only enhance your relationship but also improve your health, ability to deal with stress and overall emotional well-being.
self confidence and feeling good has a major 'hormonal' element, you can change the way you feel by re-living good times. If you can remember a time you felt really self confident, then excellent - use that! If not, then use a time you felt contented or happy. Taking deliberate control of your thoughts and emotions will have an huge impact on your self confidence and other areas of your life.
Confidence we have to build within,  ourselves not to just say that “ I am confident” it’s shows from your work and capability through action not from words. So,  be confidence and positively what you are doing.
